The old rich guys on the Classic rendezvous e-mail list think it is a repainted Cinelli... One reason being there was one very similar that sold on E-Bay a short time back with the same story about the seat-lug but there where differences in the rest of the lugs and a few other details. If there was one built like this how did two of them show up. Plus the guy selling this will not explain the matter at all. Who knows but I call bullshit.
